An LLP-led proposal
Indiaone Business Services LLP is the proposed operating entity, using the promoter’s personally owned land under a proposed rent-free long-term arrangement. Participation would be through agreed partner contributions and profit-sharing, not shares.
A new private limited company may be considered if investors require it, subject to separate agreements and approvals. No returns are guaranteed.
A proposed commitment to giving: allocate 10% of the approved post-tax profit pool released for donation and partner distributions to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). For the LLP, this would be a cash donation. Final documentation, recipient acceptance and applicable approvals are required. This is not a claim of TTD affiliation or endorsement.
